Menyou support
Menyou is a student-built dining app for Colby. We cannot see your password. Do not send it.

Include the Colby email on the account and what you were doing (signing up, a missing menu, a crash). We reply from that address.
Delete your account: open Menyou → Profile → Account Details → Delete Account. Deletion removes your profile, preferences, ratings, activity, friend links, and messages from our active systems, as described in the Privacy Policy. Copies in backups are removed on a rolling basis. Aggregate counts that were already totaled do not contain your name.
Campus dining counts: When you create an account, Menyou records your dining activity and ties it to your account: which hall and meal, which dishes you saw, rated, or picked, what you search for, and whether you checked in. We use it to run and improve Menyou and its services. Before anything is shared outside Menyou, we combine it into anonymous totals that do not include your name, email, photo, or chat messages, and we may share those totals with the campus dining operator. We may also use aggregated data to improve Menyou and its services. The raw activity stays linked to your account until you delete the account. Account deletion removes it; totals that are already combined have no name attached and may be kept. The activity data and totals described above are part of the Terms and Privacy Policy you agree to at signup, and there is no in-app opt-out. If you do not agree, do not create an account. Existing accounts that have not recorded this agreement are asked once on the next launch.

Allergies: Menyou does not decide what is safe to eat. Check the dining hall before you eat.
Menus and hours: halls publish their own menus. If a dish is missing, it may not have been posted yet.
